Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dr. Dermix Health Care, operated by Shubham Kumar (Proprietor), GSTIN: 03FJWPK0191J1ZU, we are committed to transparency in all our financial dealings. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our yoga & wellness services.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of yoga & wellness services, the following general guidelines apply:

  • Class fees are non-refundable once the class has been attended
  • Program fees are non-refundable after the program session has commenced
  • Refunds for services not yet rendered will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person at the center

2. Appointment Cancellations

2.1 By Student/Member

  • More than 24 hours before class: Full refund of any advance payment (if applicable)
  • Less than 24 hours before class: A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the class fee may apply
  • No-show (without notice): No refund of advance payment

2.2 By Center

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
  • We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a center-side cancellation

3. Class/Program Package Refunds

  • For pre-paid class packages or wellness program bundles (e.g., multiple sessions), refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions
  • A processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Partially used packages cannot be transferred to another individual

4. Product Returns

If Dr. Dermix Health Care sells wellness products or accessories:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons
  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at info@drdermixhealthcare.com with your full name, class/booking date, and reason for refund
  • Or visit our center in person during working hours
  • Include your payment receipt or transaction ID for faster processing

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card)
  • Cash payments will be refunded in cash at the center
  • GST adjustments (if applicable) will be handled as per government regulations

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services already rendered (classes attended, programs completed)
  • Dissatisfaction with program results (as wellness outcomes vary per individual)
  • Failure to follow instructor guidance or post-class care recommendations
  • Breach of student/member responsibilities as outlined in our Terms & Conditions

8. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern by contacting us directly. We will review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mansa, Punjab, India.
